Builders

Vintage Harvest is in a unique position to help the builder with the Kessick wine cellar system.

You are on site with the buyer of the house or the family doing a remodeling job. You can evaluate their interest first hand. Having done this, two steps need to be taken. The first is the room build-out.

Do they want a cooled room? The answer to this question directs your next steps. If it is yes, then you will need to install the proper installation and door. If no, then no insulation or thermal door is required.

Do they want a show place? The answer to this question directs your steps again. If it is yes, then you will need to determine what type of walls they want: brick, wood, stone, mosaic, or a faux finish. The floor needs to be addressed; although cork is popular, in fact most anything is possible.

Lighting is important. We often build low watt lighting into our wine racking which cast intriguing shadows through the room. But other lighting fixtures must be addressed as well.

But the main thing to remember is that you don't need to figure out how to do the wine racking. Just go to the Wine Cellar Design page and pick one of the options there. We will send you a drawing with a price for the racking. When you approve the design, we will ship the finished product to you.

There is another important point, we don't ship you a box of parts and a bag of screws. No, we ship you the completed wine racks--to your specific measurements--ready to install, not ready to build!
